We’ve been sourcing locally since the company started twenty five years ago. Whether it’s legs of pork for our award winning hams, speciality savouries
from a local producer or hand made cakes from one of our trusted suppliers we always do whatever we can to source locally.

It’s important to us because local sourcing supports small businesses and reduces the miles on your products. As well as being ethical, local food can be
innovative and we work hard to find the most interesting products to satisfy your need for the next new thing.

Our own Grange Gammon and Cooked Back Bacon, for example, are low salt, offering a healthier option without compromising on quality or value and they’re all made in our kitchens on the South coast near Brighton.



Higgidy is one of the greatest success stories in recent years and they’re still making their unique pies, quiches and tartlets just down the road from us.
