Cooked meats are the heart of our business at Southover Foods. A combination of passion, ethics and heritage is what makes our award-wining meats taste so special. Our meats are cured in our own Sussex kitchens, by hand, using our own traditional techniques and recipes that have evolved over five generations of British butchers.
We are BRC A grade certified, which means a lot for our company, but it is especially important to our cooked meat production as it means you get the same outstanding quality every time your order our own hand made products. We have built up an impressive range over the years that includes whole cooked meats, sliced, shaved, pulled and diced, all produced on site by hand.
