After the success of our pulled meats in the previous year, this year we entered our Pulled Cured Pork, which received much-deserved success. It was described by judges as ‘moreish’ and ‘versatile’ and the quality of the pork was praised for its tenderness, the Pulled Cured Pork was rightfully awarded one gold star.
To ensure their versatility, we intentionally don’t blend any of our pulled meats with sauces, their simplicity allows you, the customer, to use them how you wish within your own recipes.
Another winner for us this year, and featuring again, from previous years was our New York Style Pastrami. Our spiced, thinly sliced beef was described as ‘moreish’ and ‘beautifully balanced’ and was justifiably awarded one gold star.
