2016 was our celebrated New York Style Pastrami’s return to the limelight. It was deservedly awarded a gold star, with judging panels praising the quality of our beef and describing it’s seasoning as a ‘complimentary peppery flavour, not overpowering’.
Finally, taking the words right out of our mouths, they describe it as ‘a good sandwich filler’. We couldn’t agree more and recommend loading our award-winning pastrami in to a toasted ciabatta roll with mixed roasted peppers, pesto and a fresh rocket salad for a delicious lunch.
