From the beginning our founder Steve Pearce, a butcher by trade, and his wife Liz –focused on sourcing ethical, locally produced meats.

We started by supplying quality and speciality hams to delis and cafes in Brighton. Since then our range has grown into much more, as customer demand grew for a wider range of speciality food including savoury goods, drinks, chef ingredients, soup and cakes – we began to source and supply further afield.

Now with a packed trophy cabinet full of recognised industry awards, the company has nationwide customer-base, serviced with a fleet of 14 multi temperature tracked and monitored vans, 40 dedicated staff across two sites sourcing and distributing the finest products from local producers to caterers, chefs, restaurants, pubs, cafes, high street chains and now retailers across the South East.
We believe in promoting good local food. We’re the only distributor in the South of England to also manufacture our own specialist cooked meat range. With rigorous quality and safety controls in place, the company is BRC A grade certified, meaning that our meat production adheres to best the possible safety standards.
